Villa is located on the edge of the village of Baška near Košice. The concept of the house is based on a sloping plot of land that slopes in two directions, opening up a panoramic view of the surrounding forests.
The semi-sunken floor on the ground floor serves as an entrance with associated spaces and at the same time raises the main mass of the house, which responds to the morphology of the terrain in the form of two wings, standardly divided into a day and a quiet part. These sides embrace a common garden, the dominant features of which are preserved pine trees. The house is typologically and structurally composed of five modules, the function and content of which can flexibly change over time, according to the client's needs.
